However, the effectiveness of this functionality is contingent upon the mobile phone's operating system, which is beyond our control and subject to changes. Consequently, CounterPath explicitly states that its Bria product is not intended, designed, or equipped for making, handling, or supporting Emergency Calls. CounterPath will not assume liability for any costs or damages arising directly or indirectly from using the software for Emergency Calls. Note that designating Bria as the default dialer might interfere with dialing emergency services.
